Take each day to love yourself more. Reflect on your talents. Cherish what makes you unique. Demonstrate care for your well being. When you love yourself, shine your light and walk in peace, you naturally uplift the world and manifest the purpose God sent you here to do.

Action Steps:

Listen to how you speak to yourself. Listen to the words you use to describe yourself. Stop yourself when you hear negatively directed toward yourself. Whatever you feel you are lacking you are capable of developing. Ask Jesus Christ for help in this process.
